Family sleeps comfortable 6 but can squeeze 8 people. First bedroom on ground floor has double size bed, cable TV, ref, phone and more. The ground floor also has 1 bathroom with shower and a pull out couch bed. Upstairs there are 2 rooms. One room has a double size bed, TV, AC and more.

The other room has 2 single beds with AC, TV and more. I have personally stayed here with family and it worked out great with 7 adults and 2 kids. The family room is located on the third floor and has no view but is extremely convenient because to get to the beach takes about 30 seconds. Red Coconut Boracay is also located in the center of Boracay beach in a prime location. This resort is 4 star.
